Commission Process:
I will contact you at every step specified below. Commissions are completed in order. You can monitor the queue and progress at my Yougile page. Please read the TOS before ordering;
Once your commission is up, I will contact you to discuss the preferred theme, pose, character details, etc. Your character must have either a reference sheet or some fullbody art that can be used as reference piece; The first sketch may be rough. Depends of my understanding of your idea there might be one or several sketches, coloured or not. Please clarify the details if something is unclear to you on the sketch;

General
I can use an abandoned unused sketches either for personal projects, for YCHs, and commissions to other persons. But I'll rework sketches so neither of OC original design pieces will stay.
Payment via Hipolink, USD. I can try out some PayPal method, so it's aviable by now too. The deadline is negotiable, but for now it is approximately 3 months.
REFUND POLICY
After the sketch is approved and payment is made, refunds are not available. In cases of personal emergency or unforeseen circumstances, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
The product received by customer is for personal use. Any use of the product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between customer and seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the product.
Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. In addition, customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.
Please specify at the beginning of the order process if the publication of the image on social media should be delayd for some period of time. In cases where you don't won't me to publish an artwork made for you, a 100% surcharge will be applied to the order cost.
